KJK Collective develops and holds the intellectual property behind Venture Spine: a framework, built from coded processes and formulas, for taking a founder's idea and shaping it into a structured, viable venture.
What Venture Spine is
A business is proven when it makes a sale. Venture Spine maps the road a venture travels to get there, region by region: a sound idea, an understanding of its industry, branding, an offer, a marketing plan, an avenue to market, and the legal and bookkeeping foundations most founders learn about too late.
At each stage the framework delivers what is needed for that stage, so the founder is guided by clear choices rather than overwhelmed, and the founder's creativity and intent are carried through the work instead of flattened by it.
What the Collective does
Develops
Designs and refines the framework, its methods and its documented processes.
Holds
Owns the intellectual property: the framework, its structure and its written materials.
Provides
Makes the framework available to KJK Digital, the operating side of the group, which develops ventures through it.
Current stage
Venture Spine is in development. It is not yet available as a product or service, and KJK Collective is not taking on clients at this time.
